Joseph (“Joey”) Breitenbach is an experienced attorney who maintains a diverse litigation and transactional practice. He is licensed to practice law in Montana, Wyoming and Wisconsin. Joey graduated magna cum laude from Montana State University-Billings in 2003 and then attended the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2009. Joey has tried cases in the state district courts of Montana and Wyoming, the United States District Courts, and the Montana Water Court. He has also successfully represented clients in appeals to the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Joey represents a wide array of clients, including individuals, corporations, insurance companies, and farmers and ranchers across the State of Montana.
