Patience was born in Billings, Montana and graduated from Billings Senior High School in 1996. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Montana in 2000 and a Juris Doctor from the Lewis and Clark College Northwestern School of Law in 2003. In 2004, she received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
Patience focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and probate planning. Patience is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Montana and is licensed, but currently inactive in Oregon. She is a member of the state bar associations of Montana and Oregon and a member of the Yellowstone County Bar Association.
